About Us
We are a private nature reserve located in Chilean Patagonia, specifically in the southern end of the Greater Island of Chiloé.
The reserve is 6,000 hectares of Valdivian Temperate Rainforest fed by the Tablaruca River, ending in a rich zone of wetlands.
The mission of Reserva Tablaruca is to strengthen ecotourism in Chiloé Island through the development of a new tourism route.
We are currently developing an ecotourism project that both supports scientific research and conserves the reserve.
Our long-term project is to find business partners who wish to colloborate in the conservation and sustainability of Reserva Tablaruca.
